Changing it regularly or when compromised helps you meet CIBA’s terms (you must notify CIBA if your account is compromised).
It protects your account from unauthorised access and ensures continuity of your membership privileges.

2. Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to the CIBA Member Portal
Go to your My Information.
Select “Change Password”.
Enter your new password, and confirm it.
Click Save or Update Password to apply the change.
3. What You’ll Need
Your registered email address (for password resets).
Your current password if you’re changing (not resetting).
A new password that meets CIBA’s security requirements (e.g., minimum length, complexity).
Access to your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) to receive reset links.
Browser / internet access.
4. Common Mistakes to Avoid
Choosing a weak or overly simple password.
Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.Not confirming the new password field correctly.
Be careful when typing the “confirm” field; they must match exactly.Reset link expired (if you waited too long).
