Your profile is the foundation of your membership journey. The more complete and accurate your information, the better we can support you - with smoother applications, personalised support, automated compliance tracking, and relevant professional recognition..

1. Creating Your Online Profile

2. What You Need to Know

  • When you register with CIBA, you’re creating your official professional profile. This profile captures your personal details, qualifications, and career history — forming the basis for your membership and future designations.

    The process has two stages:

    1. Set up your CIBA profile and activate your membership: complete your details, upload ID and CV, and pay your annual membership fee.

    1. Build on your profile with a professional designation: apply for the designation that matches your role, and add supporting documents, assessments, and CPD.

  • Verify your mobile number with the OTP.

  • Upload your CV, ID and declaration to complete your profile.

  • Pay your CIBA membership fee to activate your membership

5. Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Leaving your profile incomplete.
Do this instead: Complete all sections in one sitting to activate membership faster.

  • Uploading low-quality or incomplete documents.
Do this instead: Upload clear, certified copies of your ID and a full CV.

  • Assuming membership = designation.
Do this instead: Remember — you must apply separately for your designation in the portal.
