Downloading Your Membership Certificate

Your Membership Certificate is an official document that validates your membership and designation with CIBA. It is frequently required for:

  • Employment verification

  • Tender submissions

  • Practice licence applications

  • Professional recognition

  • Only members in Good Standing, with all fees paid, CPDs completed, and Annual Declarations submitted, can download their certificates.

  • Log in to your CIBA Member Profile. 

  • Navigate to My Membership → My Certificates. 

  • Select View Certificate to open or Download Seal for use on professional documents. 

  • The certificate will generate in PDF format — save or print it for your records. 

    Tip: Always keep a digital copy on file for quick access
