2. Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into your CIBA profile via the Member Portal. 

  2. On your dashboard, navigate to “My Support and Tools” then “Practice Support Library” 

  3. Browse through available categories such as: 

    • Compliance and Regulation 

    • Practice Management 

    • Finance and Tax Resources 

    • CPD and Learning Support 

  4. Click on any document, link, or video to download or view it online. 

  5. Use the search bar to find specific materials or topics. 

  6. Bookmark or save resources you use frequently for easy future access. 

3. What You’ll Need

  • Active CIBA membership (in Good Standing).

  • Login credentials for the Member Portal.

  • Internet connection to access the online Resource Library.

  • A PDF reader or compatible viewer to open downloads.

  • Updated browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari recommended).

4. Common Mistakes to Avoid

  •  Trying to access while suspended or non-compliant. 
    Ensure your membership is active and compliant to unlock Resource Library access. 

  •  Using outdated login credentials. 
    Reset your password if needed. 

  •  Skipping the Knowledge Centre tab. 
    The Resource Library is located under “Knowledge Centre” → “Resource Library.” 

  •  Forgetting to check CPD updates. 
    Many downloadable materials count toward verifiable CPD when applied appropriately
