1. Quick Overview
New members (initial fee): Pay in full within 7 days of the invoice date — no payment plan on the first invoice.
Renewals (membership level): Pay via Payment Portal (instant allocation) or EFT (posts when funds clear). If needed, use a 6-month plan to remain fee-compliant.
Early-bird (renewals only): Applies only if you settle your entire balance in one transaction to R0 by the cut-off; not available on debit orders/recurring plans.
2. Step-by-Step Instructions

Trying to use a plan on the first (join) invoice. Initial membership fee is pay-in-full within 7 days.
Missing early-bird with EFT paid too close to the deadline. Use the Payment Portal for instant allocation.
Paying a discounted renewal while arrears exist. Pay arrears + renewal together to R0.
Assuming early-bird on a plan. Not available on debit orders/recurring. .
