Downloading CPD Certificates
Step-by-step guide to accessing and saving your CPD certificates for your records.
1. Quick Overview
Downloading your CPD certificates provides official proof of your completed learning activities and CPD points earned. These certificates are essential for maintaining compliance with CIBA requirements, renewing your membership or specialist licenses, and keeping personal or employer records up to date. Failure to download or retain your certificates may result in missing documentation when required for audits or verifications.
2. Step-by-Step Instructions
To download CPD certificates for completed activities:
Log in to your CPD profile via cpd.myciba.
Navigate to Events.
Select Your Certificates.
Click on Certificate and Download Certificate.
Save the certificate as a PDF to your device.
If the certificate is not showing, select Events again and then My CPD
Locate the course/webinar you have completed.
Ensure the assessment (if applicable) has been completed successfully.
If you attended a live or recorded webinar:
Ensure you attended the session or watched the full recording.
Complete the assessment/quizzes linked to the session.
Return to Your Certificates section.
Download your certificate once it becomes available

Trying to download a certificate before completing the assessment

Not completing all steps required for event
Instead: Complete in a linear fashion and pass assesment
