Checking If You Qualify for a Licence
Step-by-step guide to confirming whether you meet the requirements to enrol for a CIBA specialist license.
1. Quick Overview (What This Is & Why It Matters)
Before registering for a specialist license, it is important to confirm that you meet the entry requirements. This helps prevent delays, incorrect registrations, or enrolling for a license you may not yet qualify for. Checking your eligibility first ensures you are on the correct path and can prepare any outstanding requirements in advance.
Step-by-Step Instructions (Check Your Eligibility)
Log in to your membership profile and click on cpd.myciba.
Scroll down and select the Channel 2.
Select the specialist license you would like to enrol for.
Review the license overview and entry requirements carefully.
Confirm whether you hold the required designation, membership standing, or prior qualifications linked to that license.
Check whether any specific CPD, assessments, or prerequisite learning must be completed before enrolment.
Ensure your membership is active and that your profile information is up to date.
If you are unsure whether you qualify, contact CIBA support before proceeding.
