U2Pro — How to Register and Access the Programme
1. Overview
U2Pro is CIBA’s simulated workplace programme for accounting/finance students.
Registration depends on whether your university offers U2Pro through their student portal.
There are two registration pathways— but you must only register once.
2. Before You Register
To enrol in U2Pro, you must:
Be a current student in an accounting/finance qualification
Be a CIBA Student Member (or register during the process)
Have access to a laptop + stable internet
Understand the R2,000 per month programme fee (see below)
3. Important: Payment Rules
Option A — Register through the University Portal
If your university offers U2Pro inside their student system:
You register with the university
The university invoices you
You do not pay CIBA directly
You must not register separately with CIBA (to avoid duplicate billing)
Option B — Register Directly With CIBA
If your university does not host U2Pro internally:
You register inside the CIBA Member Hub
You will sign a R2,000 per month debit order
Payments run for the duration of your studies
This gives you access to the yearly 3-month U2Pro block
