1. Go to CIBA academy
2. Click on LOGIN
3. Insert the username and password received via email. Should you not have received an email, first check your spam/junk folder and then send a request to jarrod@myciba.org with the subject – NEW MEMBER: Password request. Include your CIBA membership number.
4. If the menu item MY DASHBOARD appears, you have successfully gained access.
5. Please update your contact information. Click on ACCOUNT (Update your account details) and select EDIT ACCOUNT. Complete the information and select UPDATE.
6. Congratulations, you have now successfully created your new profile.

Visit https://saiba.academy/login/ and select LOST YOUR PASSWORD.

Complete the request for your email.

A new password will be emailed. Please check your spam/junk folder as well.

CIBA Academy is the official CIBA CPD platform for CIBA members. We offer the following cost-effective subscriptions to streamline your CPD and ensure compliance:

Each subscription consists of a variety of individual CPD events. A list of the events is provided within the links above.

CPD events consist of a 2-4 hour recorded webinar. You can view these webinars at a time convenient to your schedule. CPD events purchased are available on your profile for 365 days from the date of release.

After successfully completing the 10 question multiple choice questions your CPD certificate will be automatically issued to your profile. A unique link is provided.

Certificates issued after 16 October 2020 can be verified by third parties here:

1. Follow the link within the above CPD Subscription table.
2. Select a PAYMENT OPTION: Above the REGISTER NOW button, click on the dropdown menu to select a payment option (Annual or monthly payment).
3. Select REGISTER NOW
4. A shopcart will open listing your purchase.
5. Select PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
6. Complete your billing details and select SIGN UP NOW.
7. You will be transferred to an online payment portal, Payfast. Complete the Payfast instructions.
8. After your payment was successfully completed you will be directed to a Checkout screen, confirming your purchase.

Regarding Payfast:

Payfast is one one of South Africa’s leading payment gateways and independent from CIBA.

Your bank information is not managed or obtained by CIBA Academy’s platform.

Should your bank information change, please email Naledzani Mamuremu at nmamuremu@myciba.org. She will provide you with a form to sign and will arrange the change in banking details.

1. After you have successfully registered for a subscription, select MY DASHBOARD
2. Select MY COURSES
3. All the courses you have registered for will be listed here, including your subscription package.
4. Select the START button next to your subscription package name.
5. The individual CPD events included in your subscription will be listed within the ABOUT SUBS section. These listed events are loaded separately under the MY COURSES section. You will receive a notification when a new CPD event was loaded to your profile.
6. Select the individual CPD event under MY COURSES and select START.
7. To keep track of your progress, select the MARK COMPLETE option within each section.
8. Once you have successfully completed an event your certificate will be listed under MY CERTIFICATES in the MY COURSES section.

1. For support, please log a query. Within MY DASHBOARD select SUBMIT A TICKET.
2. To view previous queries, select within MY DASHBOARD the option VIEW ALL TICKETS.
