  • Log in to your CIBA Member Profile. 

  • Navigate to My Membership → My Certificates. 

  • Select View Certificate to open or Download Seal for use on professional documents. 

  • The certificate will generate in PDF format — save or print it for your records. 

    Tip: Always keep a digital copy on file for quick access

  • Attempting to download while suspended

    → First, settle outstanding fees, complete CPDs, and submit your Annual Declaration.

    Outdated personal or employment details

    → Update your profile before downloading; these appear on your certificate.

    Not saving your certificate

    → Save a copy to your computer or cloud storage for future reference.

    Accessing the wrong section

    → Navigate to My Membership > Certificates, not Invoices or Billing.
