Keeping your profile up to date helps CIBA stay in touch with you about important matters like renewal deadlines, CPD requirements, practice licences, and industry updates.
Outdated contact details may result in missed invoices, suspension of your profile, or loss of key communications that affect your membership compliance and benefits.
3. Step-by-Step Instructions
Log into your CIBA profile on the Member Portal.
Go to the “My Information” section under your dashboard.
Select “Update Personal Details.”
Edit the fields you want to change (email, mobile number, postal/residential address, work details).
Click Save/Submit to confirm changes.
Check your email for confirmation that your details have been updated.
