This page helps you read, not pay. You’ll confirm your cycle and due date, understand each line, and decide whether to fully settle (eligible for early-bird), use a payment plan, or change add-ons—so you keep your status in good standing
3. Step-by-Step Instructions
Open your invoice: Login to your Membership Profile→ Accounts→ Invoices → open the latest invoice.

Renewals:
July Cycle: Registered May–Oct → pay/arrange by 8 July.
January Cycle: Registered Nov–Apr → pay/arrange by 8 January.
New Members: Pay within 7 days to activate rewards; after that, annual fees are due on your cycle date (8 July or 8 January).
Scan line items: Membership, designation/licence fees, and Channel 2 (Plus option)
Check outstanding balance: Early-bird discount applies only if your account is fully settled – be sure to clear old fees and your renewal invoice to a R0 balance.
Decide on your action:Take up the early-bird discount? → Settle your membership fees in full
Need a payment plan? → Set up a payment plan via our online payment portal
Change card/EFT/debit order? → Update your payment method via our online payment portal
Namibia members: ensure your profile shows Namibia for address and nationality. If your invoice shows South Africa fees, log a support ticket so we can switch you to the Namibia product and apply your Namibia-specific rewards.

4. What You’ll Need
Documents/Info: Your Membership Profile Logins; Know your billing cycle (July/January); know if you owe anything.
Deadlines: Early-bird - 10% off if paid in full by 31 May or 30 Nov; 7.5% off if paid by 30 Jun or 31 Dec.
Special cases: Corporate & CFO Club follow separate agreements.
5. Common Mistakes to Avoid
Assuming early-bird applies with a balance. Instead: pay old + new to R0 in one go.
Missing your cycle. Instead: confirm July vs January before you act.
Skipping the Channel 2 (Plus option) pop-up. Instead: choose Stay Enrolled or Opt Out (if allowed) before paying.
Namibia profile incorrect. Instead: fix country before payment.
