Maintaining good standing ensures continuous access to all available rewards. 


3. Step-by-Step Instructions 

  1. Log in to your CIBA account

  2. From your dashboard, navigate to My Rewards to view all available discounts and vouchers. 

  3. Select the reward partner that interests you and click to open the offer details. 

  4. If a voucher code is provided, copy it and apply it during checkout on the partner’s website. 

  5. If a claim form or interest form is required (e.g., insurance or training), complete and submit it through the portal. 

  6. Follow the redemption instructions carefully, some offers redirect to a partner portal, while others are activated via email or downloadable vouchers. 

  7. Save your confirmation emails or receipts for your personal records and compliance verification.

  • Active CIBA membership in good standing (fees paid or debit order active). 

  • Completed annual declaration and mandatory CPD hours logged. 

  • CIBA login credentials to access rewards.
