Invoices show individual charges and can be viewed/printed from your profile.
Statement of Account gives a consolidated view of all transactions and your current balance for a chosen period.
Important: Timely payments are crucial for maintaining our current fee structure. Delays in payment may contribute to a potential fee adjustment in the upcoming year.
How to access your invoices and statements quickly.
3. Step-by-Step Instructions (Action)
A) View/Download an Invoice
Login to your membership profile: accounts.myciba.org/login
From your dashboard, scroll to My Account.
Select Invoices.
Select View next to the relevant invoice.
B) Download a Statement of Account
Login to your membership profile: accounts.myciba.org/login
From your dashboard, go to My Account.
Select Statements (or Statement of Account, depending on your view).
Choose your date range (e.g., last 30/90 days or custom), then Generate/Download.
Tip: If you don’t see a Statements tab, open any invoice and look for a Statement or Account Statement button/link; if still unavailable, log a ticket.
4. ) What You’ll Need (Requirements)
Membership Profile login details.
For statements: a date range (and format, if prompted).
(Optional) Your invoice number for quick reference in queries.
5. Common Mistakes to Avoid
Looking for statements under Invoices. Use My Account → Statements / Statement of Account.
Wrong date range. Expand the range if expected transactions don’t appear.
Assuming a statement updates instantly after an EFT. Statements reflect once payments are allocated.
