The Member Rewards Portal (My Rewards) is your one-stop access point for all CIBA-negotiated benefits, from software discounts and practice tools to training, insurance, and lifestyle savings.
Your access is tied to your membership status and Ethically Checked standing. This ensures that only compliant, verified professionals enjoy the benefits, supporting both CIBA’s ethical standards and your professional credibility, while saving you money
3. Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your CIBA account.
From your dashboard, select My Rewards, the central hub for all your member offers.
Confirm your details:
Verify your contact and payment information.
Review your member statement to ensure all fees are fully paid.
Complete Ethics requirements:
Finish your mandatory Ethics CPD.
Submit your annual declarations through your profile.
Once approved, download your membership certificate.
Open a reward (e.g., software, practice tools, or training) and follow the partner’s claim or activation instructions displayed on the reward card.
For Professional Indemnity (PI) Insurance:
Ensure your account is paid or under an approved debit-order arrangement.
Complete all practice-related declarations.
Activate via My Rewards → Professional Indemnity.
Save proof of redemption, such as policy schedules, voucher codes, or confirmations, for your practice and compliance records. (CIBA may request this during reviews.)
4. What You’ll Need
Active CIBA login (accounts.myciba.org).
Membership in good standing (fees paid or debit order active, CPD logged, declarations submitted, no disciplinary actions).
Ethics compliance: completed Ethics CPD and Ethically Checked declaration.
For PI Insurance (practice members): all BAP/CBAP practice requirements met and payments made according to Terms & Conditions.
5. Common Mistakes to Avoid
Skipping Ethics requirements
→ Rewards are limited to Ethically Checked members; complete Ethics CPD and declarations first.
Unpaid or overdue fees
→ Rewards and PI access are only available to members in good standing.
Using outdated links
→ Always log in via www.myciba.org and navigate to My Rewards.
Assuming PI cover is automatic
→ PI cover is activated only once all requirements are met and policy schedules are uploaded.
Relying on non-approved CPD providers
→ Only CIBA-approved or cpd.myciba.org CPDs count toward compliance.
