1. Applying for a Designation

2. Quick Overview

A CIBA designation isn’t just a title, it’s a career accelerator.
The formula for success:  CIBA Membership + Qualifications + Experience + Competency Assessment = Professional Designation

By applying for a designation, you:

  • Gain a SAQA-recognised professional title that validates your competence.

  • Signal to employers and clients that you meet globally benchmarked standards.

  • Position yourself for better job opportunities, promotions, and higher earning potential.

  • Join a career journey that grows with you from entry-level (Bookkeeper) to executive leadership (CFO).

  • Not applying means missing out on recognition, mobility, and credibility in a competitive finance market.
